I have spent 25 years being the person businesses call when IT actually matters.
In 2001 I founded System Solution, an IT infrastructure company that has since served businesses across India — from manufacturing and engineering firms to IT companies and organisations with operations abroad. This consulting practice is the independent side of that same expertise, focused entirely on advice rather than supply.
How I got here
Twenty-five years on the supply side taught me where advice stops being neutral.
System Solution has spent a quarter of a century inside the server rooms, network cabinets and IT budgets of businesses across India — infrastructure consulting, networking and cabling, security and surveillance, servers, storage and backup, virtualisation, hosting and remote support. The client base has ranged from single-site SMEs to organisations with operations beyond India.
That vantage point taught me something hard to see from inside a single business: the firms that get the most from their IT spend are almost never the ones spending the most. They ask better questions before they buy, and they value advice that is weighed on its own merits rather than bundled with a sale.
This consulting practice is built around that: a defined engagement, a clear deliverable, and advice you can act on — whether or not it involves System Solution at all.
