If it is a fit, you get a written scope and a fixed quote before any work starts. No open-ended hourly billing, no scope creep without a conversation first.

The engagement
On-site and remote review, testing, or analysis — whatever the engagement calls for — against the agreed scope, on the agreed timeline.

Plain-English deliverable
A written report and, where relevant, a runbook or migration plan — built for a business owner to act on, not a technical audience to admire.

Walkthrough & follow-up
We go through the findings together so nothing is ambiguous. I stay reachable afterward if questions come up as you act on it.
