Reducing recurring IT spend at a multi-site construction group
Construction group, 4 sites, Gujarat
The challenge
IT costs had risen year on year without a clear reason. Three vendors held overlapping AMC agreements, and site connectivity was still unreliable despite the spend.
What we did
A vendor and AMC review examined every agreement line by line, identifying duplicated coverage and services being paid for but not delivered. We consolidated to a single accountable arrangement and redesigned the inter-site links.
The outcome
Recurring IT spend reduced materially at the next renewal cycle, with better site connectivity and one clear point of accountability instead of three.
